You give us permission to terminate your access to any of our services. Any paid services, eg: VIP, VIP+ etc, that your have on your account can be removed

We do not provide refunds. By completing your purchase, you accept full responsibility for ensuring the cancellation of any transactions if necessary, even in cases of account termination. If you have purchased a package but did not receive it, please contact us by emailing support@pxgames-mc.com or submitting a ticket on our Discord Server. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund through Tebex. However, if we explicitly informed you prior to purchase that the package would not be delivered, we are not obligated to issue a refund.
